Packaging
We absolutely love a beautifully wrapped package, but we also understand that comes at a cost to the environment. It is therefore very important to us to keep our packaging simple, reusable and recyclable. We also use boxes that have been used to package your orders, to minimise waste. If you get your order in a less than perfect looking box, this is why!
Returns
If you have changed your mind, then let us know straight away, and we can offer an exchange or return. Items should be in their original, unused condition, and be sent back to us within 14 days. Remember to retain a proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. Returns postage is payable by the customer.
We can not accept used items back unless they are faulty. If an item is deemed to have a fault, a refund or replacement will be given. If however the fault is deemed to be the result of misuse, then we cannot issue a refund.

1 CAPSULE A DAY- 1 capsule a day supports a healthy balanced diet. Higher doses can be tolerated well, but never take more than 2 if you experience any side effects.
BEST WITHOUT FOOD- Iron is best absorbed on an empty stomach. Pair your supplement with a small glass of orange juice for improved absorption. Avoid caffeine or foods containing calcium for 3 hours - before or after.
ANYTIME- Gentle Iron can be taken anytime of the day. Try to take it at the same time everyday to build up a regular routine.
- Do not exceed the recommended intake unless directed by a practitioner.
- This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
- Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
- Consult your doctor before use if you take medication or have a medical condition.
- Store in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight.
- Do not use if the seal is broken.Reseal pack after every use.
- Use within 60 days once open.
