    We absolutely love a beautifully wrapped package, but we also understand that comes at a cost to the environment. If you get your order in a less than perfect looking box, this is why! 

     Returns

    If you have changed your mind, then let us know straight away, and we can offer an exchange or return. Items should be in their original, unused condition, and be sent back to us within 14 days. Remember to retain a proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. Returns postage is payable by the customer.  

    We can not accept used items back unless they are faulty. If an item is deemed to have a fault, a refund or replacement will be given. If however the fault is deemed to be the result of misuse, then we cannot issue a refund.

    100% natural mineral salts which help to relax tired and aching muscles. Excellent when used after Sports and Exercise. The salts are great for helping to cleanse the body, encouraging muscles to relax and assisting in recovery. Epsom salts can use used for a variety of uses including; relaxing baths, easing sore muscles, foot baths, exfoliation, facial pore cleansing.

    Ingredients: Magnesium sulfate.

    Packaging: Resealable kraft bag and home compostable plant-based film. 100% home compostable packaging, plastic-free.

    Directions:

    Full Body Bath: Add 3-4 handfuls of Epsom salt to the bath water and soak your body for at least 20 minutes.

    Foot Bath: Add 2 handfuls of Epsom salt to a basin of lukewarm water, and soak feet for at least 10 minutes.

    Exfoliation: Mix a tablespoon of olive oil and a handful of Epsom Salt. Rub this all over your wet skin and then rinse thoroughly. It exfoliates and softens the skin.

    Facial pore cleansing: Mix 1/2 teaspoon of Epsom salt with a cleansing cream then massage onto your face. After a cold water rinse, pat your skin dry. Alternatively, Mix 250ml of warm water and 2 to 3 teaspoons of Epsom Salt. Soak
