We’ve taken all the goodness from some of nature’s finest offerings and made our B Complex with foods including whole citrus pulp, baker’s yeast and corn. Our bodies absorb vitamins better when they’re in a whole food complex. This complex is also complete with naturally occurring bioflavonoids that not only help Vitamin C absorption in the body, but also offer their own health giving properties.
WITH OR WITHOUT FOOD- Water soluble nutrients like B vitamins can be taken with or without food.
MORNING- B vitamins play a vital role in energy production, so it’s best to take them in the morning or early afternoon to support you throughout your busy day.

The nutrients in our B-Complex are in their best forms for optimum absorption. Take our folic acid, which comes to you in a food form called folate, while our vitamin B12 is methylcobalamin.

Packaging
We absolutely love a beautifully wrapped package, but we also understand that comes at a cost to the environment. It is therefore very important to us to keep our packaging simple, reusable and recyclable. We also use boxes that have been used to package your orders, to minimise waste. If you get your order in a less than perfect looking box, this is why!
Returns
If you have changed your mind, then let us know straight away, and we can offer an exchange or return. Items should be in their original, unused condition, and be sent back to us within 14 days. Remember to retain a proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. Returns postage is payable by the customer.
We can not accept used items back unless they are faulty. If an item is deemed to have a fault, a refund or replacement will be given. If however the fault is deemed to be the result of misuse, then we cannot issue a refund.
