Together Health Omega 3 contains both DHA and EPA. These two forms are highly researched, and have a plethora of proven benefits. We source our omega 3 from algae, so we're going right to the source. We do this because, unlike algae, fish don't naturally produce omega 3.

The Newborn Pokkit comes with 2 of our super slim but thirsty bamboo inserts. The Pokkit is a simple and fuss free cloth nappy system. The inserts pop into a pocket opening at the back. Once prepped and ready, these make for one of the most simple nappies to use, making them frequently the choice of grandparents and carers!

• Machine wash at least twice at 40°c with non bio washing powder. Feel free to do this by adding nappies/inserts to washes you may already be running!
